Our woven furniture is made from the finest quality man made wicker. This remarkable material has many benefits, including a natural appearance, tear resistance, durable, UV resistance and weather resistance. Our wicker is also environmentally friendly, and is made from recyclable and non-toxic materials. Woven furniture can be left outside all year round. It is a combination of excellent handwoven craft with fashion design. All kinds of rattans are available: flat, half-moon and round. They are SGS tested and we offer a full variety of colors for you to choose from.
The cushion fabric is 100% solution dyed acrylic canvas, they are water repellent, mildew resistant, stain resistant and colorfast. Our cushions are built for comfort and outdoor performance. They are filled with either mildew resistant urethane foam or wrapped with polyester fiber. The images shown in this catalogue are indicative only. All our products are constructed with 1.2, 1.5 and 1.8mm thick tubes, which makes it strong enough to withstand the weight and pressure. We make it powder coated so that the frame is fully protected against corrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over while some other suppliers never do that to reduce the cost. Powder coating also has the advantages of sturdy, strong, rust resistant and light weight.
